It processes relevant personal information on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
Website analytics
This website runs on the Tea Powered CMS, provided by Tea Powered Projects Limited (company number 10542712, registered office C/O XNM Accountancy Limited, Creative Suite 1, Mill 3, Pleasley Vale Business Park, Mansfield NG19 8RL), which processes this information on our behalf.
To understand how the site is used and to improve it, we count visits. When a page loads, a small script sends us the page address, the page that linked to it, any campaign tags in the link, how far down the page was read, how long it was open, how quickly it loaded, the screen size group (phone, tablet or desktop) and whether a contact button or form was used. It also sends the time zone set on your device, which we use to estimate your country or region.
We do not use your IP address, browser details or any identifier to recognise you, and we cannot tell whether two visits came from the same person. Each night, the day's records are turned into totals, such as "120 visits to the services page", and the individual records are deleted as part of the same step. The daily totals do not identify anyone, so we keep them for as long as this site uses the service.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: knowing which pages help people, so we can improve them. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, this is permitted without consent for statistics about how a website is used, as long as we tell you and you can object.
To switch it off, use the "Analytics" link at the bottom of any page. We stop counting your visits straight away, and your browser remembers the choice. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an objection.
