Founded in 2004
In 2004, Michael Blatherwick of Sense Enterprise in the United Kingdom and Nico Tissink of Pulse in the Netherlands found themselves competing for the same Microsoft Dynamics ERP project. The customer operated extensively across both countries and was also considering proposals from a large global Microsoft partner.
Both organisations were recognised as leading Microsoft Dynamics specialists within their respective markets. Rather than compete against each other and risk losing the opportunity, Michael and Nico chose a different approach. They combined their expertise, local knowledge and resources to deliver a single international solution that offered the customer the best of both worlds, global reach supported by local expertise.
Together, they won the project.
What began as a successful international Microsoft Dynamics implementation quickly evolved into a much bigger vision: creating a global network of the world's leading Microsoft Dynamics partners capable of delivering consistent, high-quality ERP projects across multiple countries and regions.
That vision became AXPact, which later evolved into DynamicsPact.

From AXpact to DynamicsPact
As Microsoft evolved its ERP platform, the alliance evolved alongside it.
Originally founded as AXpact, the name reflected Microsoft's flagship ERP solution at the time, Microsoft Dynamics AX. As Microsoft's business applications portfolio expanded and the product family transitioned to Microsoft Dynamics 365, the alliance recognised the need for a brand that better represented the wider Dynamics ecosystem and its future direction.
To align with Microsoft's global strategy and the evolution of the Dynamics platform, AXpact was renamed DynamicsPact.
While the name changed, the vision remained exactly the same: bringing together the world's leading Microsoft Dynamics specialists to deliver successful international ERP projects through collaboration, shared expertise and local excellence.
