Michael Blatherwick is the Founder and CEO of DynamicsPact and has over 30 years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions to organisations around the world. As one of the original visionaries behind the alliance, Michael has played a pivotal role in building DynamicsPact into the world's most established Microsoft Dynamics partner network, connecting leading Dynamics specialists across more than 60 countries.

Today, Michael leads the strategic direction of DynamicsPact, working closely with member organisations, Microsoft and customers to drive international growth, collaboration and delivery excellence.

Paul Blatherwick is a Founder of DynamicsPact and serves as Development Director, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the alliance. Since the organisation's inception, Paul has played a key role in supporting the growth and development of DynamicsPact, helping to build and strengthen relationships across the global member network.

Working closely with members, partners and the leadership team, Paul is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of DynamicsPact's activities, initiatives and strategic programmes. His dedication and hands-on approach have been instrumental in supporting the alliance's continued growth and success as the world's most established Microsoft Dynamics partner network.

Keith has more than 35 years of experience in project management, ERP implementation and business transformation. As CEO of SIS Global in the United Kingdom, he has led numerous Microsoft Dynamics projects across a wide range of industries.

With extensive expertise in international project delivery, governance and operational excellence, Keith plays a key role in helping DynamicsPact deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for customers worldwide. His experience and leadership support collaboration across the alliance and the successful delivery of global Microsoft Dynamics initiatives.

Marco brings extensive experience in international business development, strategic alliances and the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. Through his leadership within the Microsoft Dynamics community, he has helped organisations maximise the value of Microsoft Dynamics 365 while building strong international partnerships.

As a member of the leadership team, Marco helps strengthen collaboration between members, drive innovation and support the continued growth of DynamicsPact across global markets. His commitment to partnership, knowledge sharing and customer success reflects the values that underpin the alliance.

Hasse brings extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP transformation and international business leadership. As CEO of SCALES Group, he has helped organisations deliver complex digital transformation programmes and maximise the value of their Microsoft technology investments.

With a strong focus on innovation, customer success and operational excellence, Hasse supports the strategic direction of DynamicsPact. His international experience and collaborative approach help strengthen the alliance and deliver value to customers worldwide.

Ian brings extensive experience in business leadership, digital transformation and the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. With a deep understanding of the Microsoft partner network and international technology partnerships, he has helped organisations identify growth opportunities and strengthen strategic alliances.

Ian contributes to the strategic development of DynamicsPact, supporting collaboration between members and helping expand the alliance's global reach. His knowledge of the Microsoft partner community and commitment to customer success make him a valuable contributor to the network's continued growth.

Rob brings extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, business transformation and international project delivery. Throughout his career, he has helped organisations leverage Microsoft technologies to improve operational efficiency, drive growth and achieve long-term success.

As a member of the DynamicsPact Senior Leadership Team, Rob supports the strategic development of the alliance and helps strengthen collaboration across the global member network. His practical experience and customer-focused approach contribute to DynamicsPact's mission of delivering world-class international ERP and digital transformation projects.
